When it comes to breakfast, one of an aristocrate?

The Aristocrat’s Breakfast painting set the theme for this breakfast with Champaign and caviar. Felix Schultes, chief cook of Teatro del Gusto Academy, his assistants and the guests have cooked a whole kaleidoscope of meals with caviar.

The breakfast guests were welcomed with the scent of fresh saffron brioches, croissants with fresh berries, and cherry pie.

The guests, ultimately awaken by such bright aperitif, proceeded with cooking quite sophisticated refreshments: poached eggs with Dutch black caviar sauce, scallops with ginger and black caviar, lemon pancakes with crab meat and parsley, spring mini-potatoes with sour sauce and red caviar. And, of course, what an aristocrat’s breakfast would it be without Champaign?
